Requirements
4+ years of leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
strong strategic thinking and proactively identify business opportunities in close partnership with Product and Data Science.
track record of building deep, effective partnerships across Business Partners, Product, and Data Science
data-driven mindset to problem-solving, grounding decisions in key business metrics and continuously evaluating impact and trade-offs.
experience partnering with Product, Data Science teams to design, build, and evolve recommendation systems
experience in the retail domain, including familiarity with third-party systems such as master data management (MDM), assortment planning, and ERP platforms.
experience integrating internal platforms with best-in-class third-party systems
experience running teams in an Agile environment.
previously managed remote teams.
