Ensure the on-site installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment, guaranteeing performance and reliability.
Provide technical support and training to biomedical teams and end users.
Independently manage your daily scheduling and the organization of service calls, ensuring you have the necessary tools, spare parts and equipment.
Keep technical documentation up to date, accurately record service reports in customer service management systems and comply with contractual KPIs.
Identify opportunities for improvement, anticipate technical issues, escalate and follow up customer requests until they are fully resolved.
Strictly adhere to BD and partner healthcare facilities' quality, safety and regulatory processes.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bac+2 (associate degree) in electronic engineering, electrotechnical engineering, GEII, MSMA or equivalent experience in a field technical role.
Strong knowledge of Windows systems and network technologies (CompTIA Network+ certification is a plus).
Proficiency in technical English (reading and writing).
Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, ServiceMAX) is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
