Define how 10-4 wins in the market, manages P&L outcomes, and creates sustainable competitive advantages
Lead the transition of 0-1 initiatives into scalable, high-performing features
Use deep customer empathy and rigorous data analysis to define experiments
Direct high-performing scrum teams, partnering with senior engineers to solve complex technical hurdles
Build bridges with Risk, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams
Collaborate with UX and Analytics to conduct deep-dive research

Significant experience in a Senior or Lead PM role
A proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and then scaling it to a significant user base
Deep understanding of unit economics, P&L management, and the mechanics of consumer financial products
Ability to collaborate with senior engineering talent on mobile architecture, API strategy, and data pipelines
A learning mindset with the ability to influence without authority, fostering a culture of transparency and high-velocity delivery.
