Support sales activities within your assigned distributor network.
Actively acquire new customers and identify business development opportunities in line with our portfolio strategy Retain, Grow, Gain.
Build strong commercial relationships and expand your internal and external network across teams, customers and partners.
Provide expert guidance and training to distributors and customers on the use of Ecolab products, services and equipment.
Document sales plans, activities, and progress in customer penetration and pipeline development.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, share insights with the team and contribute to ongoing commercial strategy.
Exchange sales best practices across the team and contribute to a collaborative performance culture.
Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador with a focus on hygiene and safety, water management, sustainability, efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
Experience in sales development within the institutional and hospitality sectors.
Solid understanding of Ecolab products, services and systems, particularly in their application within institutional environments.
Strong results orientation with a proven track record in B2B commercial sales.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth through negotiations and acquisition of new accounts at decision-maker level.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Language skills: Native French, fluent English; German is an advantage.
Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal capabilities.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Valid driver’s license.
