Develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
Contribute insights into performance drivers using market-specific and utilization-based analysis
Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports ensuring data accuracy
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present findings to senior leadership
Perform financial forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis
Support staffing and utilization modeling to align resources with business demand
Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, operations, and vendor teams
