Finance Analyst II

Role Overview

• Compile and analyze financial information for the company
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Analyze financial performance and provide variance explanations
• Assist in the development and consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data
• Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience
• Advanced MS skills
• OneStream experience
• Accounting/Finance background
• Healthcare / Managed Care experience
