Role Overview

• Expanding tax practice, preparing individual and business tax returns
• Ensuring compliance with current tax regulations
• Developing proactive tax strategies with clients
• Providing full-cycle accounting for a book of clients
• Overseeing bookkeepers and providing financial oversight and advisory support

Requirements

• Active CPA license or EA
• 3–5 years of business tax preparation experience
• Strong working knowledge of current tax law and regulations
• Experience creating and presenting tax strategy plans with clients
• Comfortable in a client-facing, advisory capacity
