Reporting to the Head of IT, Development and Modernization, the Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the development team by ensuring the product(s) align with organizational priorities and user needs
Plays a key role in the planning, execution and optimization of IT projects
Oversees the smooth operation of daily activities and adherence to deadlines while taking on certain intermediate administrative responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision with stakeholders
Plan and coordinate the tasks and activities of the dedicated technical team (functional authority) effectively and ensure their proper execution
Build, maintain, prioritize and clarify the product backlog (features, fixes, enhancements, technology updates)
Participate in sprints and oversee the delivery of prioritized items
Ensure delivery timelines and agreed planning are met
Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and make strategic decisions
Act as the coordination point between the team, management and other departments

Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of both functional and technical issues
Strong team coordination and prioritization skills
Decisive and solution-oriented
Demonstrate rigor, structure and excellent priority management
Ability to analyze and make trade-offs
Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders and collaborate professionally with different contacts
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to use planning and backlog management tools (DevOps, etc.)
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
