The Change Manager supports Transformation Management as a dedicated resource focused on planning, executing, and sustaining organizational change initiatives.
This role is primarily responsible for driving adoption, minimizing disruption, and aligning people, processes, and systems with strategic transformation efforts, while also providing general project management support as needed.
The position plays a key role in ensuring successful transitions, stakeholder alignment, and long-term organizational resilience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in leading or supporting change initiatives.
2+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or operations-focused organizations.
Experience supporting enterprise or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
