Supply Chain Quality Technical Lead – Europe

Role Overview

• Drive business results and customer value
• Support the organization and network with a customer and patient centric mindset
• Define key objectives/ KPIs/ OKRs and ensure alignment with the organization’s business strategy
• Develop a long term vision and backlog to deliver E2E value across Chapters, networks and its Squads
• Collaborate across the organization to resolve escalated bottlenecks and dependencies
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and model lean leadership principles
• Act as organizational change agent delivering results focused on digitization of business processes
• Enable the organization’s New Ways of Working
• Act as role-model for Agile Leadership behaviors

Requirements

• At least 5 years in the Medical Device/Pharma/Biopharmaceutical industry
• 3 years working in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and/or Validation
• Bachelor’s / Master degree in Life Science, Pharmacy or related subject
• Excellent knowledge of the European, US, China and International cGMP regulations
• Demonstrated experience in European, US and other relevant Health Authority inspections
• Spanish Language skills preferred
