Analyzes data, researches market trends, and ensures compliance with legal regulations
Analyzes and administers variable compensation programs that align with company objectives
Responsible for understanding, auditing, and administering variable compensation plans for multiple plans across the organization
Responsible for analyzing sales and commission incentive plans, auditing payouts, optimizing processes, and collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure effective variable compensation programs are in place to support company growth
Primary contact for variable compensation-related pay issues/questions
Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and compensation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans and identify areas for improvement
Assist in salary survey data submission, analyze market data, and identify trends to benchmark compensation practices
Identify opportunities to streamline the variable compensation process, including automation and data integration
Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and present findings to management to support strategic decision-making
Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives
Ensure compensation practices adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and equal pay laws
Partners with business unit leaders, financial controllers & HR representatives to ensure variable compensation payments are accurate and processed timely
Prepares monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses as required
May be responsible for other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business-related field
2-3 years’ experience functioning as a variable compensation partner and/or administering incentive/ commission plans
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel required
