About this role

Act as a primary technical resource for projects across Synapse various product lines
Maintain existing written documentation, periodic review, and Intranet postings
Responsible for documenting, planning, and implementing enterprise architectures
Work with development to define new product features and enhancements/fixes to current product features
Plan and deploy all Synapse MI software solutions in enterprise level environments
Architect, Deploy and troubleshooting third party hardware and software infrastructure: VMWare, or other hypervisor, architecture solutions
Lead and coordinate Security/Vulnerability Issues
Mentor, train, and actively participate in knowledge transfer to peers
Deliver consistently high level of customer satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience in Synapse PACS, Synapse EIS, Synapse Cardiovascular, Synapse VNA, Synapse Pathology, Synapse Mobility, and/or Synapse Analytics Products
10+ years in the deployment of third party hardware and software infrastructure and solutions VMWare, or other hypervisor, architecture solutions
Expert level knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.)
Certifications are a must.
