Manage maintenance activities across various properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and aligned with safety regulations.
Develop and lead regional budgets, ensuring that maintenance costs are controlled, so they correspond to financial targets.
Supervise and train maintenance staff, encouraging a collaborative environment and improving team capabilities through effective mentoring and development.
Establish and supervise preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
Select and manage relationships with maintenance-related vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery.
Conduct routine inspections and client meetings on properties to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, prepare progress reports, and document maintenance logs.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is helpful.
Must be willing to travel within the region to multiple customer sites
Minimum 10 years’ experience in management (manager level).
High school diploma or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of customer service experience (supervisor level).
Technical knowledge and maintenance operations are required
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for managing internal/external customers and technical personnel.
