Role Overview
- Support all operational and people aspects of the store
- Contribute to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging
- Report to the Store Manager
Requirements
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
- Proven experience working in a fast paced, complex environment
- Assist the Store Manager to ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards
- Be customer obsessed and seek to better understand diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and well-being of team members
