Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
5–10 years of experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards for business performance reporting and decision support.
5–10 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and data cube analysis.
5–10 years of experience in data mining, aggregation, and synthesizing large, multi-source data sets into actionable insights.
Demonstrated program or project management experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including coordination across cross-functional teams.
Experience tracking KPIs, measuring program performance, and analyzing ROI to inform business decisions.
