About this role
Role Overview
Own and grow a defined sales territory in the Syracuse and surrounding areas
Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on new business and account growth
Drive full-cycle sales: prospecting, cold calling, needs assessment, presentations, quoting, and closing
Serve as a trusted advisor—connecting customers with Perfection Servo’s repair and remanufacturing expertise
Leverage CRM tools and sales resources to manage pipeline, activity, and territory strategy
Collaborate closely with experienced customer service and technical support teams to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in related field OR a 2-year technical degree preferred
1+ year of industrial sales experience, preferably selling repair services or technical solutions
Experience in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components is a strong plus
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time independently in the field
Proficiency with CRM and basic computer applications
Valid driver’s license; overnight travel may be required
Regular customer visits in industrial environments, ability to stand and walk throughout the day
Occasional lifting/carrying of items up to 50 lbs
