Role Overview
- Lead quality assurance/quality control for the team
- Provide senior level design review for the team
- Attend client meetings
- Direct and manage project staff on technical aspects of projects
- May travel to job sites at different stages in construction
- Work in all types of terrain and weather conditions
- Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff
- Promote efficiencies in producing quality work
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Associate Degree in Drafting
- 10 years of CAD software experience (AutoCAD Civil 3d)
- Project Management skills for medium-sized projects
