Lead design efforts for complex, cross-cutting initiatives that span multiple teams or product areas
Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineering leads to shape problem definition, scope, and approach
Translate ambiguous product and customer needs into clear, scalable experience strategies and design solutions
Set a strong design point of view and influence direction through rationale, craft, and outcomes
Produce high-quality design work while guiding others through reviews, feedback, and shared problem-solving
Identify experience gaps, risks, and opportunities early and help teams navigate tradeoffs
Contribute to improving design practices, workflows, and quality standards across the organization
Requirements
8+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products
Proven experience leading design on ambiguous, high-impact initiatives
Strong systems thinking and ability to design across workflows and journeys
Excellent interaction, UX, and visual design skills, with a portfolio showing strategic depth and execution
Experience in influencing without authority in cross-functional environments
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate decisions and tradeoffs.
