Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for electric overhead transmission projects
Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff
Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues across critical electric transmission initiatives
Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable, cost-effective, and future-ready grid solutions
Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff working on electric overhead transmission and power delivery projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, PLS-CADD, etc.)
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
