Role Overview
- Act as a liaison between the Clubs Department and MSU clubs
- Answer all inquiries received in person, via phone, or email
- Manage space for clubs
- Assist in events/communications
- Assist in risk management/EOHSS
- Act as the Chair of the Clubs Advisory Council
Requirements
- Interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with staff, volunteers, club members and the CAC
- Must have a thorough understanding of the Clubs Department in order to provide accurate information
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email programs required to fulfill many of the communications functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to remain impartial and keep confidentiality with regards to personnel and clubs’ issues
