Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of automated diagnostic systems
Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites
Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade, and preventive maintenance activity
Communicate with manager and sales team to ensure customer needs are understood and met
Document time and expenses in a timely manner as required in SAP
Requirements
High school diploma, military training, associate degree, or some college with major coursework in electronics
4+ years of experience in a similar position or experience as a field service repairing and installing medical laboratory equipment or large instrumentation
Previous instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and instrument repair experience preferred
Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely
Valid driver's license
