About this role

Analyze manufacturing business processes and translate requirements into JD Edwards functional solutions.
Collaborate with production, planning, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Recommend best practices and standardization within JDE manufacturing modules.
Configure, support, and enhance JDE World manufacturing modules.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Participate in JDE implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting JD Edwards World or EnterpriseOne Manufacturing
Strong functional knowledge of discrete and process manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with JDE manufacturing modules (BOM, Routing, Work Orders, MRP)
Experience gathering requirements and writing functional design documents
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
