Analyze and challenge the business needs gathered by the PO and formalize them into requirements (user stories)
Co-design technico-functional solutions with developers and architects
Estimate implementation effort and prioritize based on business value
Document and model systems (UML, BPMN) to share a common vision
Test and validate (functional tests, UAT, production rollout monitoring)
Contribute to agile ceremonies and project governance

Experience: minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector (Business Analysis certification is an asset)
Education: university degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Technical skills: good understanding of IT architectures, frontend development and APIs
Methodologies & tools: strong command of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
Languages: French C1, English B2 (German is a definite plus)
