Supporting project teams by developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed construction schedules
Close coordination with Project Managers, field leadership, and operations to track progress
Creating and revising preliminary master schedules
Maintaining a Master schedule for each project
Evaluating actual progress and providing regular schedule updates
Creating work breakdown structures
Conducting QA/QC reviews of schedule submissions for conformance
Incorporating Resource and/or Cost Loading data into schedules
Requirements
High School Diploma plus 6–8 years of relevant experience or associate degree plus 4–6 years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree plus 0–2 years of relevant experience
Experience with Lean Construction practices (i.e., Last Planner System, Pull Planning), including integration of Pull Planning data/sequences into the project schedule
Proficient in Microsoft 365
