Serve as the subject matter expert for Planview Portfolios—its configuration, data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities
Act as the Planview Portfolios system administrator for Canada, collaborating with the Global Administration team to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions for end users
Guide the Planview Portfolios support team toward operational excellence; monitor and maintain data quality across all modules, identifying gaps and driving process improvements
Execute monthly and quarterly financial management processes within Planview Portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost allocation
Oversee the initiative benefits tracking process, ensuring benefits are captured, validated, and reported with accuracy
Lead project status reporting processes—ensuring timely, consistent, and reliable updates across portfolios
Support OKR management, including setup, maintenance, and reporting of progress
Partner with internal stakeholders and administrative teams to design and develop dashboards and reporting that enhance transparency and decision-making
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, test new features, and support rollouts
Document processes, standards, requirements, and technical specifications as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, and/or project & portfolio management
Familiarity with Planview Portfolios or comparable project and portfolio management tools
Demonstrated ability to manage complex data workflows and system-driven processes
Strong financial acumen, especially in forecasting and variance analysis
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive reports, process documentation, and technical artifacts
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft product suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Co-Pilot)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear and confident communication skills, adept at working with both technical and non-technical audiences
Working knowledge of project and portfolio management processes, including agile and/or scaled agile
