Role Overview
- consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert
- help clients implement Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet
- identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions
- manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations
- work closely with the product team to improve client adoption
- document and record all completed project work
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or a closely related field
- minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services
- strong understanding of RESTful APIs
- comfortable with JSON data structure
- read/write HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- experience with PHP or other programming language
- capable of using Browser Developer Tools
- understand differences between SQL and noSQL
