Associate Inside Sales Representative: 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
Inside Sales Representative: 2+ years of inside sales experience with documented performance results.
Senior Inside Sales Representative: 4+ years of Water Quality sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
Strong communication skills and the ambition to build a career in technical, consultative sales.
Proven ability to independently manage a full sales cycle from qualification through close.
Strong needs-based discovery and objection-handling skills.
