80% Field Presence: You will spend 4 days a week on the road. You will be expected to master your territory through face-to-face combat—meeting prospects where they live and work.
Strategic Hunting: You will identify, qualify, and close high-value accounts independently.
Full Accountability: You manage your own pipeline. We provide the CRM; you provide the data that shows why you’re winning.
Requirements
Proven Track Record: You can provide a 12-month stack-ranking showing you in the top decile of your previous sales force.
Mobility: A valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class D/C) and a willingness to be "on the road" constantly.
Stamina: Physical and mental endurance for long days and high-pressure negotiations.
