Support the analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
Work with business partners, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements
Assist in translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, or solution outlines
Contribute to the development of presentations, documentation, and visual artifacts to communicate insights and recommendations
Support project and initiative delivery through research, analysis, testing, and coordination activities
Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation support as needed
Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

Requirements
Currently in your second-year or higher and pursuing a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related discipline
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
Interest in understanding how business processes and technology systems work together
Ability to organize information and communicate insights clearly
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage assigned tasks
