Drive full life-cycle recruitment including: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process/closing and onboarding
Partner with Hiring Managers for their hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality and diverse talent
Build out our recruiting social channels (Runpod’s careers page, glassdoor, builtin, indeed)
Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates and foster long-term relationships
Be a leader in diversity and inclusion efforts across the company to ensure we're improving pipeline diversity, and have an equitable process in place for identifying and hiring the absolute best talent
Represent Runpod at recruiting events (virtual and/or in person)
Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Requirements
4+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting with experience in technical roles
Experience hiring across the organization (Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing etc) with heavily leaning on the technical roles
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Highly organized with experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
Proven success recruiting a variety of roles (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc) in a fast growing tech company
Experience using applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse)
Experience using G-Suite
Passion for diversity and inclusion in recruiting
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
