About this role
Role Overview
You play an important role in developing and updating project documentation
Managing risk, co-creating project timelines, supporting the financial management of multiple projects
Reviewing project status, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Provide guidance on EPMO standards, foster a collaborative and positive environment
Identify and implement process improvements
Assist in capturing project scope and acquiring approvals
Track adherence to project scope throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in coordinating and preparing project kickoff meetings and client engagements
Identify interdependencies among project tasks
Support the Project Manager in building and maintaining project timelines
Notify Project leadership of any quality of delivery issues
Document lessons learned throughout the course of the project
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or related field
Preferred certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
1-3 years of experience in project management or related fields (Internships applicable)
Digital and content creation/management experience preferred.
Preferred experience in Agile methodologies, systems and processes.
Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
Jira, monday.com, and Workday experience preferred.
