Third Party Applications Project Manager

Mediant Health Resources is seeking a Third Party Applications Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of third-party business applications. The role involves overseeing integration, optimization, and alignment across enterprise systems while driving data conversion efforts and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and own a portfolio of third-party business applications, including required platforms Epic, Workday, and UKG, ensuring successful integration, optimization, and alignment across enterprise systems
• Oversee end-to-end intake, impact analysis, risk assessments, timelines, and delivery for multiple concurrent application and integration projects, including cloud migrations, third-party systems, and hardware replacements
• Drive data conversion efforts and manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving interconnected workflows across HR, finance, and healthcare operations
• Serve as the business program lead for integration work, partnering with technical teams to guide non-build requirements, dependencies, milestones, and enterprise go-live readiness
• Act as the primary escalation point for risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring continuity, project execution, and successful rollout of enterprise application initiative
