Role Overview

• Build and maintain referral relationships with: Hospitals and discharge planners
• Skilled nursing and rehab facilities
• Assisted and independent living communities
• Care managers, social workers, and community partners
• Promote our non-medical home care services to the community
• Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and meetings
• Track leads, referrals, and conversions
• Collaborate with leadership to grow brand awareness and census

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or B2B marketing preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who is organized and results-driven
• Familiarity with senior care landscape is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
