8+ years of progressive experience in technology risk management, governance, or internal controls within the financial industry.
Proven experience in developing, leading, and executing GRC strategies in a technology environment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO), and best practices in technology risk and controls.
Ability to see the big picture, anticipate future trends, and develop long-term plans that align with organizational goals.
Skilled at analyzing complex situations, identifying opportunities and risks, and making informed decisions that drive sustainable success.
