Provides day‑to‑day operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and projects
Supports internal teams through data management, reporting, coordination, and process adherence
Handles routine customer and stakeholder communications
Works closely with Program Managers to track metrics, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing program needs
Maintains and analyzes basic program data
Prepares routine client and internal reports and communications
Enters, updates, and tracks customer data in internal systems
Communicates with customers about program eligibility by email and phone
Supports team workflows by meeting deadlines and following established processes
Attends team or client meetings to share updates and follow up on action items
Assists with other tasks as program needs evolve.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in data entry, operations support, customer service, or a related role
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel
Experience supporting data analysis, reporting, or operational processes
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams in a professional manner
Ability to follow established processes and handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately
Experience with energy efficiency programs, utilities, or a related industry is a plus.
