Play a meaningful role in the performance, quality, financial stewardship, and strategic growth of Boundless Health’s clinical services, including primary care, psychiatry, and speech departments.
Ensure clinical services are aligned, collaborative, and centered on whole-person care.
Provide direct leadership to clinical managers and lead providers.
Ensure high standards of care and compliance, and translate organizational strategy into sustainable clinical operations.
Facilitate and support growth and sustainability of the designated programs.
Own department-level budgets and lead the development of value-based care models.
Establish robust audit, monitoring, and quality assurance systems.
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of philosophy, policies, procedures, and strategic goals of I Am Boundless.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), or equivalent advanced degree.
5 or more years of progressive management or leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical services, or multi-disciplinary environments.
Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and align operations with organizational strategy.
Strong understanding of healthcare quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with value-based care models, quality measurement, or alternative payment structures.
Budget management and financial oversight experience.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement and person-centered care.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
