Assist in the development and execution of disease education programs to establish new treatment paradigms in rare disease.
Engage with cross-functional teams including sales and medical affairs to gather insights and align on marketing strategies
Support the team by monitoring and analyzing payor market trends, competitive activities, and understanding customer needs to support decision-making
Assist in analyzing the payor coverage landscape for a newly launched product providing an overview of the access landscape
Participate in team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks and projects
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in business or life sciences, or a PharmD program
Strong interest in pharmaceutical commercial strategy and brand management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
