About this role

Respond to and process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally, even under stress
Dispatch the appropriate authorities and verify that assistance is on the way
Accurately document all responses to received signals
Use multiple computer systems effectively
Participate in ongoing training for your professional development

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required
18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience (an asset)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Available to work one weekend day per week or every other weekend, as well as statutory holidays
Ability to complete and pass a paid 3-week training program
Minimum 6-month commitment
Successful criminal background check
Resident of Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
