Role Overview
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies
- Deliver regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis
- Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives
- Implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing
- Utilize robust analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data
- Stay abreast of industry standards, platform changes, and algorithm updates
- Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles
- Proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Management experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
