Serve as the primary point of contact for attorney bio edits, photo updates, and onboarding of new attorney bios.
Assist with pitch materials, including attorney biographies, firm overviews, and service summaries.
Support the collection and archiving of recent transactions and litigation matters, and draft marketing descriptions for use in proposals and other materials.
Update matters in the firm’s RFP program (Ikaun).
Design professional social media graphics for announcements using Canva.
Maintain and organize department’s digital photo and document libraries.
Draft monthly and quarterly internal firm newsletters highlighting firm updates and new attorneys.
Assist with formatting and publishing attorney-written content, including firm news, publications, and legal updates.
Train on and support CRM use (HubSpot), including creating searches, generating mailing and invitation lists, and general data maintenance and contact list clean-up.
Support webinar series for multiple practice groups.
Regularly review the firm’s website to ensure that information is accurate and up to date.
Support formatting and reformatting of PowerPoint presentations for attorney use.
Coordinate Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers data verification efforts.
Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
Strong technology skills including proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva with the ability to quickly learn new programs and tools.
Strong organizational, communication and client service skills, with close attention to detail are essential.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
