Travel to client sites occasionally for testing coordination / validation, requirements gathering, and sales/client support for onsite visits
Work on multiple projects as a project leader or technical leader/consultant
Work on complex tasks, projects or issues that involve a high degree of risk, impacts business unit performance and makes use of the individuals’ high level of knowledge within one or more areas of business systems analysis
Coaches and mentors' junior business systems analysts
Works without or minimal supervision on the most complex projects
Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency
Selecting hardware, software and vendors
Requirements
Knowledge of print, mail, graphic art, and electronic communications channels
Data mapping experience
Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience
