Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Systems Engineer to provide enterprise-level consulting and advisory support for Endpoint Management services within a large Federal environment, focusing on technical framework support and platform integration across Microsoft endpoint technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting support for the architecture and strategic direction of enterprise Endpoint Management platforms
• Advise on configuration standards and optimization strategies for Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune environments
• Provide subject matter expertise related to 1E Nomad Branch and 1E Tachyon platform utilization and integration
• Support infrastructure alignment of endpoint platforms within Entra ID-integrated cloud environments
• Provide guidance on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) components supporting endpoint management systems
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategy leveraging SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft Power BI
• Support technical review and validation of endpoint platform design improvements and enhancements
• Provide consultation on integration planning between endpoint platforms and identity, cloud, and infrastructure services
• Support interoperability assessments to ensure endpoint technologies function effectively across enterprise systems
• Participate in testing validation and configuration review activities for endpoint platform updates
• Contribute to development and refinement of technical standards, documentation, and operational best practices
• Provide advisory support for complex technical issues escalated from operational teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience supporting enterprise endpoint management platforms
• Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune architecture and configuration
• Experience supporting or advising on 1E Nomad Branch and 1E Tachyon technologies
• Experience supporting endpoint platforms within Entra ID-integrated cloud environments
• Experience developing or advising on enterprise reporting using SSRS and Microsoft Power BI
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, platform integration, and enterprise infrastructure alignment
• Ability to assess and recommend design improvements and optimization strategies
• Strong analytical, documentation, and technical advisory skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• This position requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card
• Experience working with Federal agencies, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs, is a plus
• Familiarity with enterprise endpoint governance and technical framework development
• Relevant Microsoft or endpoint management certifications preferred
