About this role
Role Overview
Maintain CCS access and manage staff user profiles at assigned facilities.
Train staff on CCS portal use and audit site-specific complaints.
Monitor and analyze AIC communications (mail, email, calls, video) for misconduct or criminal activity.
Gather, verify, and disseminate intelligence to support DOC safety and security.
Assist Intel, STM, and SIU units by providing actionable information.
Prepare reports and predicate statements based on investigative findings.
Respond to major facility incidents and disturbances related to CCS issues.
Serve as liaison between facility staff, AICs, and the CCS program office.
Requirements
Two years of compliance or investigative experience that included gathering facts, collecting evidence, examining records, conducting interviews to decide compliance with laws, rules or regulations or to verify or disprove claims of suspected violations.
OR Two years of experience as a Correctional Officer that included developing inmate information sources and interviewing inmates to gather facts to verify or disprove suspected rule violations.
