About this role

Provide consultative insights, recommendations for physician practice activities
Assess and examine client revenue cycle processes in the physician practice
Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable recommendations
Independently conduct research to formulate solutions to challenges
Create educational content derived from root cause analysis and instruct practice staff
Collaborate with other revenue cycle teams to address and resolve issues

3 to 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Clear understanding of the revenue cycle operations in a physician practice
Ability to perform critical thinking in-depth analysis of root cause of an issue
Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Power Point, One Note, and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to client leadership using Executive Presence
Ability to adjust quickly to abrupt change
Ability to travel when needed
Required Certification: CRCR, Required within 9 months of hire (company paid)
