Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

• Provide direct support to senior-level business or functional leaders.
• Ensure effective financial planning and analysis and proactive business reporting.
• Lead Enterprise level project work and serve as the business lead for a new EPM tool.
• Collaborate with FP&A team and other leaders for plan and forecast cycles.
• Partner with business leaders to develop key assumptions and projections.
• Prepare and analyze reporting of complex financial activities.
• Support financial governance and reporting for large corporate initiatives.
• Maintain adequate documentation and controls over existing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance; preferably insurance experience.
• 7 years of related experience with Financial Planning & Analysis.
• 5+ years of progressive financial and business management including managing small teams.
• Experience leading and driving large scale projects, timelines, and calendars across cross functional teams.
• Ability to confidently make independent decisions.
