Develop, implement, and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the bank.
Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management initiatives across all divisions.
Lead and manage a team of strategic HR Business Partners aligned to the bank’s major divisions, ensuring consistency in HR practices, policy implementation, and talent strategies.
Oversee the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring the bank attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Act as the primary HR leader supporting the Banking & Investments and Risk divisions, partnering with divisional executives to identify business needs, drive talent management initiatives, and resolve complex employee relations matters.
Advise and influence executive leadership on organizational design, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Ensure HR programs and policies are compliant with federal and state regulations.
Champion the bank’s values and culture by leading initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles within large, complex financial institutions.
Demonstrated experience managing HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition functions.
Proven track record supporting multiple business divisions.
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and executive presence.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements.
