Oversees and manages the operations and administrative functions of the clinic.
Directly supervises, mentors, and coaches clinicians.
Responsible for the performance and results of the clinical team, ensuring high quality services.
Develops and communicates clinical team objectives and sets performance standards.
Engages with new clients during the intake process.
Monitors and addresses employee turnover and satisfaction.
Ensures clinical staff are aware of all policies and procedures.
Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with a minimum of 400 hours of hands-on training in providing ABA services directly to children and/or adults with autism under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services discipline and at least 2,000 hours of training or supervised experience in behaviorally based therapy models.
Must be legally authorized to perform psychotherapy, with either a Master’s Degree in one of the behavioral sciences who has at least 400 hours of training or supervised experience.
At least five years’ experience as a Lead BCBA, Supervisor or Senior Therapist implementing behaviorally based techniques.
Proven leadership experience.
Must display energy and creativity.
