Role Overview
- Manage loan officers’ schedules
- Assist Loan Partner II
- Manage branch lead tracker and database
- Schedule appointments and take calls
- Assist with clerical tasks
- Meet branch objectives for pre-qualifications and pre-approvals
- Attend branch events
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ residential mortgage processing experience
- Encompass experience, required
- Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
