Portfolio Managers work in a two‑person deal team alongside a Senior Relationship Manager.
Lead covenant monitoring, rate alerts, financial oversight, and preparation of credit applications.
Analyzes credit information to support lending decisions.
Makes credit decisions and recommendations in compliance with bank policies.
Negotiates loan structures and terms that align client requirements with bank risk appetite.
Monitors portfolio to identify deteriorating credit conditions and compliance.
Evaluates portfolio performance and recommends capital allocation strategies.
Develops and executes business development plans focused on enhancing client relationships.

Preferred 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
