Role Overview
- Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals by ensuring accurate profiling
- Deliver tailored solutions and maintain a client-centric approach
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets
- Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in opening deposit accounts
- Process loan applications and conduct financial transactions
- Strengthen customer relationships by referring clients to other lines of business
- Foster team collaboration
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years in banking or a related position
- Proven success in meeting sales goals
- Delivering exceptional relationship-based services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Multitasking and attention to detail
- Interpersonal communication
- Familiarity with the New Oxford area and its community is highly preferred
